Standard delivery for bulk materials like timber, cement, and insulation typically takes 3-5 business days. Local deliveries within a 20-mile radius of our distribution centers may qualify for next-day service.

Do you offer trade discounts for contractors?

Yes, ARM Building Supplies offers dedicated trade accounts with tiered pricing and credit facilities for verified contractors and construction firms.

Can I return unused building materials?

Unopened and undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-cut timber, mixed paints, and special-order items are non-refundable.

How are heavy or oversized items shipped?

Heavy loads are delivered via our fleet of HIAB crane trucks. Please ensure your delivery site has sufficient clearance and a flat surface for safe offloading.

Are your timber products sustainably sourced?

All timber supplied by ARM is FSC or PEFC certified, ensuring it comes from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers (BACS) for large orders, and payments through approved trade accounts.
